- Locate your Amazon connection.

- Amazon requires reauthentication
What To Do
- Open Origin.
- Select Reconnect Amazon.
- Enter your Amazon credentials.
- Complete any verification steps requested by Amazon.
After reconnecting, syncing will resume automatically.
Why Did My Status Change?

This is a normal security measure designed to protect your Amazon account.
If your status changes, simply follow the prompts within Origin to restore the connection.
