Bulk Delete & Restore Transactions

You can now delete multiple transactions at once and restore them just as easily. This makes it faster to clean up duplicates, remove incorrect imports, or fix messy data.

Bulk delete transactions

1. Go to Spend → Transactions
2. Click the small Check Mark near the top right
3. Select the transactions you want to delete (you can use filters to narrow your selection)
4. Click Delete Items

View and restore deleted transactions

1. Open Filters
2. Under Hide/Show, select Only Deleted
3. Select the transactions you want to restore
4. Click Restore

Additional Information

• Deleted transactions are not permanently removed. They are soft deleted, so you can restore them at any time. 
• Bulk actions may take slightly longer if you're working with a very large number of transactions. Please be patient.
