Before you cancel your account, make sure to withdraw any remaining funds from your brokerage products (like your Origin Cash Account, Stock Bundles, or Auto Index). Your account balances must be $0 before we can proceed with closure. This ensures your assets are safely returned to you.
Once your accounts are cleared, here’s how to request account deletion:
On Desktop:

Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of your dashboard

Go to Profile

Select the Security tab

Scroll down and click Delete Account
This will send a request to our Support team, who will confirm and process your data deletion. The standard processing time is 7 days, but if you need it expedited, just reach out to us.
