Changes in Employment Status
If your employment status changes, contact our Support team to transition your account to direct access. Employer-sponsored accounts include a 90-day grace period, allowing you time to manage your Origin account. After this period, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan or close and withdraw funds from your Brokerage Account.
Closing Your Account and Withdrawing Funds
To close your Brokerage Account or withdraw funds, you can liquidate your positions or transfer assets at any time. Please note:
- Funds deposited via ACH are subject to a 10-day holding period before withdrawal.
- To initiate account closure, contact our Support team at hereforyou@useorigin.com.
