Why am I getting emailed from the AI Advisor?

Atlas Briefing is a biweekly email that gives you a personalized recap of your financial picture in Origin.

The goal is to help you stay on top of your finances even when you haven’t recently opened the Origin app. Your briefing may include information and insights from Atlas, such as:

• Your Financial Health Score and recent changes
• Recommended Actions you may want to take
• A summary of your cash flow from the past two weeks
• Personalized financial insights based on information in your Origin account
• Upcoming transactions (coming soon)

You can tap into your briefing to open Atlas in Origin and explore your insights and recommended actions in more detail.

Who receives Atlas Briefing?

Atlas Briefing is available to eligible Origin members who have completed Atlas onboarding, connected their financial accounts, and have financial actions or insights available.

The email is sent every two weeks.

How do I turn off Atlas Briefing emails?

You can stop receiving Atlas Briefing emails at any time:

1. Open Origin and go to Settings.
2. Select Notifications.
3. Find Financial briefing.
4. Toggle the setting off.

Turning this notification off stops Atlas Briefing emails. You can still access Atlas and your personalized financial insights directly within Origin.

You can turn the notification back on at any time from your notification settings.
