How can I remove or reset my credit score?

If you’d like to remove your credit score and credit report data from Origin, our Support team can help.

At this time, credit score data cannot be removed or reset directly from your account settings. Removing your linked financial accounts will also not remove or reset your credit score data.

Requesting a credit score reset or removal

Please contact the Origin Support team (email at hereforyou@useorigin.com or through the support widget in your dashboard) and let us know that you’d like your credit score data removed or reset.

Our team will submit the request to have your existing credit score data removed from the platform. You can continue using Origin and keep your existing financial account connections — they do not need to be removed.

Once the removal has been completed, we’ll follow up with you to confirm.

Will removing my credit score affect my linked accounts?

No. Your credit score data can be removed without deleting your other financial institution connections or financial data in Origin.
