If you have a Bilt card connected to Origin, this is a quick heads up about an important change.
Because Bilt and Wells Fargo have ended their partnership, cardholders were required to choose between receiving a new Bilt card or a Wells Fargo card. As a result, the original Bilt Wells Fargo cards are being phased out.
We want to make sure you do not lose your historical transaction data in Origin during this transition.
What we’ve done
To protect your data, we have temporarily frozen the account history for Bilt Wells Fargo cards in Origin.
Your historical transactions are safe and will not disappear on their own
The frozen account will remain visible in Origin
No new transactions will sync to the old card
Your account will stay frozen until you take action.
What to do next
Once you receive your new card, follow these steps:
Go to the Accounts page in Origin
Click the + button to add an account
From there:
If you already have an account connected through Bilt or Wells Fargo, you can update the existing connection with your new card
If you do not, simply add the new card as a new account
This will allow your new transactions to continue syncing normally.
Want to disconnect your old card?
