If your Apple Card account appears disconnected or you’re not seeing recent transactions in Origin, don’t worry — this is often due to Apple’s data-sharing limitations, and there’s a simple fix.
Why this happens
Apple Card data is tied to your Apple Wallet app, and syncing depends on specific conditions set by Apple:

Device mismatch: If you’re not using the same iOS device (typically your iPhone) that you originally used to connect your Apple Card to Origin, your account may appear disconnected.

Missing permissions: If Origin doesn’t have permission to access your Wallet data, syncing may not work as expected.
How to fix it

Use the same iOS device you originally used to connect your Apple Card to Origin.

Open the Origin app on that device.

Tap into your Apple Card account in Origin and wait a few seconds.

Confirm whether your transactions and account connection appear correctly.
Check Wallet permissions
If you’re on the correct device but still don’t see your Apple Card data:

Open your iPhone’s Settings

Go to Apps and find Origin
- Select into Wallet

Make sure Origin has permission to access all your accounts to see 'All Available Activity'
