Why can’t I access the Origin mobile app outside the United States?
At this time, the Origin mobile app is only available to users located within the United States. If you’re trying to download or access the app internationally, you may see availability or access restrictions — this is expected.
Can I still use Origin if I’m outside the U.S.?
Yes! Even though our mobile app isn’t available internationally yet, you can still fully access your Origin account using our desktop web app.

Why isn’t the mobile app available internationally?
We’re actively working on expanding support to additional countries. For now, mobile app access is limited to the U.S. while we ensure proper compliance, security, and partner integrations for new regions.
