If you’re experiencing issues connecting your financial institution—or simply prefer to use a different connection provider—you can easily switch aggregators in the Origin app. We currently support Plaid, MX, and Finicity.
Here’s how to try a different provider:

Click the +Account button from any page on your dashboard (upper right corner).

Search for your financial institution by name.

Origin will automatically select the default provider based on the institution.

If the connection fails or you’re still having trouble, click the three-dot menu next to the institution name.

Manually select another available provider (Plaid, MX, or Finicity).

Follow the on-screen prompts to reconnect your account.
Switching aggregators ensures you maintain uninterrupted access to your financial data and can continue managing your accounts seamlessly. If issues persist, feel free to report the issue in our bug report form.
