Can I see historical value changes of my property on the platform?

Yes! Through our Zillow integration, you can track the historical value of your property right from your Origin profile. Once your property is added, you can view the value graph by selecting the property and clicking on the kebab menu from the Settings. From here, you can view the property’s historical “Zestimate”—Zillow's estimated market value. The Zestimate is calculated using a variety of data sources, including public records, MLS data, user-submitted information, and an analysis of location and prevailing market trends. This ensures that you receive a comprehensive and up-to-date assessment of your property's worth directly on your profile.
