How do I cancel my Origin subscription?

You can always cancel your subscription right from your Origin dashboard. 

1. Log into your Origin account and click on the gear icon in the top right corner. 
2. From the dropdown menu, select "Membership". 
3. On the Membership page, click on the "Manage" button and select “Cancel membership”.

⚠️ Please Note: If you have any funds in a brokerage product (such as Origin Cash Account, Stock Bundles, or Auto Index), you'll need to withdraw those funds before canceling your account. This helps ensure your assets are properly returned to you before closure.

Once all funds have been withdrawn and your balances are $0, then you’ll be good to move forward with canceling your account.

If you created your subscription directly through your application marketplace, you will need to follow their instructions for cancelling.
