Weekly Recaps are generated using the most recently available account and market data. Because financial institutions may take time to process and sync transactions, some recent activity may not be reflected immediately.
How Weekly Recap Timing Works
- Weekly Recaps cover activity from Saturday through Friday.
- The recap is generated after market close on Friday.
- Your recap becomes available as a card on your dashboard once your account data has fully synced for the week.
- Some transactions, account balances, and investment data may take additional time to settle or sync from your financial institutions.
Why Doesn't My Recap Include Recent Transactions?
Many banks, credit card providers, and investment custodians do not make transaction and balance updates available in real time. Origin can only include data that has been synced and processed when the Weekly Recap is generated.
If a transaction is still pending or has not yet been reported by your financial institution, it may not appear in the current week's recap and may instead be reflected in the following week's recap.
Is My Data Missing?
No. Your account data will continue to sync normally within Origin. If activity isn't reflected in your Weekly Recap, it does not mean the data is missing from your account.
