How do I connect my Fidelity account?

Connecting your Fidelity account to Origin is quick and easy. Here’s how:

Standard Connection Method

1. On desktop - Click the "+" button from the top right of your dashboard
2. On mobile - Click the gear icon in upper right, then head to the Account Management page, then click "+"

   1. Choose Fidelity from the Popular Institutions list or search for it in the search bar

   2. You’ll be redirected to Fidelity’s login page — enter your credentials

   3. Select the accounts you’d like to link

   4. Done! Your Fidelity accounts will now appear in your Origin dashboard

Having Trouble Connecting?

If the standard connection isn’t working, you can try our alternative connection method using a different aggregator.

1. Search for Fidelity again in the connection modal

2. Click the three-dot menu next to Fidelity

3. Select the option to connect via Finicity (our alternative aggregator)

This often resolves connectivity issues and may provide a more stable connection.
