How do I reconnect my account?

Your account balances are refreshed at least once every 24 hours, ensuring you have the most recent data at your fingertips. Please note that certain financial institutions may require you to reconnect your accounts from time to time as an added layer of security. Follow these easy steps to reconnect your accounts:

1. Log in to your Origin account.
2. Click on the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your Origin dashboard.
3. Select “Accounts” from the menu.
4. Identify any account marked as Inactive.  
5. Click on Reconnect, and you will be prompted to re-enter your login credentials for that specific institution.

By taking these simple steps, you can ensure continuous and seamless updates of your account balances and transactions on Origin.
