How do I edit the asset class or allocation for my holdings?

You can now manually edit the asset class for any of your holdings directly in Origin.

This update gives you more control over how your portfolio is categorized and helps ensure your allocation, risk profile, and AI Advisor insights reflect your true investment mix.

1. Go to the Invest tab in your Origin app. 
2. Click on the holding you’d like to edit. You’ll be taken to the holding details page.
3. From there, select the About tab - located on the right-hand side. 
4. Click Edit (✏️) to change the category.

We’re rolling out more improvements over the next few weeks, so if you see a holding that you can’t yet edit, don’t worry — we’re actively working on adding support for these edge cases!
