Does Origin offer trustee services?

No — Origin does not offer trustee services.

While our platform allows you to create revocable living trusts, you’ll need to choose your own trustee. A trustee is the person or institution responsible for managing the assets in your trust according to the terms you define. During the setup process in Origin, you’ll select both your trustees and beneficiaries as part of customizing your trust.

A few important notes:

• Trust Certification Documents: Origin does not currently provide these. Some financial institutions may require them to verify or fund your trust.

• Irrevocable Trusts: We do not support the creation of irrevocable trusts. If you’re looking to set one up, we recommend working with a qualified estate planning attorney.
