How do I ensure I receive my referral reward?

To qualify for the $98 Renewal Credit, you’ll need to:

1. Use your unique referral link found in the Referral Hub inside the Origin app.

   – Only referrals made through your personalized link are tracked and credited.

2. Have three (3) Successful Referrals — new users who:

   • Sign up using your referral link

   • Purchase and pay for a qualifying annual membership

   • Do not cancel or refund within 7 days of payment

3. Keep your membership active at the time rewards are issued.

   – Credits can’t be applied if your Origin membership is paused, canceled, or expired.

When your reward is applied

Once three successful referrals are verified within the same calendar year:

• A $98 Renewal Credit will automatically apply to your next renewal, bringing your renewal price down to $1 for that year.

• You can check your progress and credit status anytime in the Referrals Hub in-app.

Common issues that can delay rewards

• Invitees sign up without using your referral link

• Invitees cancel or refund within 7 days of joining

• Your membership lapses before the reward is issued

To avoid delays, always confirm your referral link was used and your membership remains active.
