What happens if my referred friend cancels their Origin membership?

If your referred friend cancels and requests a refund within 7 days of their annual membership payment, the referral will no longer count toward your reward.

The Referrals 3.0 program requires all referred friends to maintain an active, paid annual membership beyond the 7-day refund window for the referral to qualify.

If a cancellation or refund happens within that period, the referral is considered void, and you’ll need to invite another friend to meet the three-referral requirement.
