How can I upgrade or downgrade my Origin Estate Plan?

If you currently have a Basic Will, you may be able to upgrade your Estate Plan directly in Origin.

Upgrade your Basic Will

You can view your upgrade options in either of these places:

• Go to Estate Planning → Summary and select Change Plan under “Your plan.”
• Go to the Estate Planning Overview page and select Upgrade on an available plan.

Depending on your Origin membership, you may be prompted to complete checkout before your upgraded plan is created.

When you upgrade, your Estate Plan will be regenerated for the new plan type using your Estate Planning information.

Already have a paid Estate Plan?

If you already have a Full Will and would like to change to a Trust, this may not be available as a self-service option. Please reach out to our Support team, and we’ll be happy to help review your options.

Can I downgrade my Estate Plan?

Downgrades aren’t currently available in the app. If you’d like to downgrade or reset your plan, please contact our Support team for assistance.

Note: Your plan type (Basic Will, Full Will, or Trust) is separate from whether your plan covers just you or you and your partner. You can update your coverage selection within the Estate Planning flow.
