Why can't I change my linked funding bank account?

You can't change your linked bank account while a withdrawal from Origin Investment is still processing. Attempting to do so may cause the withdrawal to fail or be sent to your original bank account.

Withdrawals take 10 business days to fully process. During this time, our system locks the withdrawal to your linked bank account's details. Changing the account mid-process creates a mismatch, which can disrupt or cancel the transfer.

To ensure smooth and accurate withdrawals, we prevent changes to your linked bank account while a transfer is in progress. This helps avoid issues like lost or misdirected funds.
