If you’re a past member navigating a change in employment, you’ll receive 3 months of continued Origin access at no cost. This grace period ensures you can keep using your Origin benefits — like working with your planner and managing your finances — without interruption.

After the 3-month period, you’ll have the option to keep your Origin membership through a paid subscription, so you can take your benefits with you and continue your journey with Origin.

To get started, we’ll just need to confirm a few details:

• Your work email (from your previous employer)

• The mobile number associated with your Origin account

• The personal email you’d like to use moving forward

You can share this info with our support team through the support widget in your Origin app, or email in directly to hereforyou@useorigin.com — we’ll handle the rest from there.
