Your Risk Profile helps AI Advisor tailor its recommendations to match your comfort with risk, time horizon, and financial goals. If your situation or preferences change, you can update it anytime.

Step-by-Step: Updating Your Risk Profile

1. Go to Profile Settings - Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of your Origin dashboard.
2. Select “Profile” - This will take you to your personal settings page.
3. Scroll to the Risk Profile section
4. Click “Update Risk Profile”
5. Follow the prompts - Answer the short set of questions to adjust your risk preferences.
6. Save your changes - AI Advisor will immediately begin tailoring its recommendations to your updated profile.

Why update your risk profile?

Major life events, changes in your income, or shifts in your long-term goals can all affect your financial comfort zone. By keeping your risk profile current, you ensure AI Advisor’s guidance always reflects your most up-to-date preferences.

Note: In joint plans, each partner can have their own risk profile. AI Advisor always uses the logged-in user’s profile when generating advice.
