While we thoroughly test and quality control our AI Advisor, there’s always a chance it may provide an imperfect answer. We appreciate users letting us know whenever AI Advisor misses the mark or provides guidance that doesn’t seem right.
How to report an issue
If you believe a response is flawed, inaccurate, or problematic in any way:
- Click the thumbs down (👎) reaction during the chat. This flags the conversation for review by our team.
- You can also contact our Support team anytime by using the in-app Support widget or emailing hereforyou@useorigin.com.
What happens next
Every flagged conversation is reviewed through a rigorous process:
- Context review – We look at the full dialog to understand the question, the AI’s reasoning, and where it went wrong.
- Gap analysis – We identify any missing knowledge, logic issues, or misinterpretations.
- System updates – We make targeted improvements to the AI’s training data and guidance so the same mistake is less likely to happen again.
